24 hours a day and 7 days a week we offer free and independent legal advice to people held in Police Custody and vigorously defend them during Police interview.

We represent people in proceedings before the Magistrates Court, Crown Court, Court of Appeal, House of Lords, European Courts and also British Army Court Martials.

The firm is a member of the Legal Services Commission VHCC Panel  which enables us to represent people accused of particularly complex crime.  The firm is also a member of the North West Fraud Forum which is an exclusive group of Defence Practitioners sharing knowledge and expertise who strive to constantly improve the services they offer.

We defend Clients prosecuted by the Crown Prosecution Service, Trading Standards, HM  Revenue & Customs, and the Environment Agency.
